Derek Kennedy > The crew of this West Jet Boeing 737-8CT (Serial No: 35080 - manufactured in 2008) gave me the opportunity to get a photo of the flight deck.

Derek Kennedy > The flight deck of Bearskin Airlines new Metro C-GJVB. When delivered to Bearskin, she has less than 1200 hours on her. Reportedly the second to last to run off the assembly line.

Derek Kennedy > A Boeing PT17 (S/N 75-1496) - made by the Stearman Aircraft Division Of Boeing Airplane Company in 1941.

Derek Kennedy > Instrument panel from C-FOPJ - a Dehavilland DHC-6 SERIES 300 Twin Otter as she sat on the ramp at the Dryden airport.

Derek Kennedy > The pilot of this Sikorsky S-76A was kind enough to allow me to get a photo of the instrument panel.

Derek Kennedy > A Eurocopter EC120B landed in Dryden for fuel so I took the opportunity to ask the pilot for permission to climb aboard to get a photo. This particular machine was fresh from the manufacturer (SN 1533).

Problem I faced was that the sun was located at a really bad place (bad timing I guess) and wreaked havoc on my photo.

Derek Kennedy > Flight deck of a Dehavilland DHC-8-102 owned by Air Creebec. Photo taken with a Fuji GW670II but no metering took place so the image is a couple stops too dark ( I had guessed at the camera settings).

Derek Kennedy > This flight panel is from the last Bell 430 produced (N56157). She stopped in Dryden to get fuel on her way to YVR, to be shipped to Korea to become a news helicopter. The aircraft when it landed in Dryden, had not been painted yet - she will be painted by the customer.

I asked the pilot if I could crawl inside to get a photo, and he said sure. I tried the back door, but it was locked, so I had to get into the pilots seat in order to get this shot. I would have been better off shooting from the back seats, but I am still glad I was able to get on board to get a photo (of the last Bell 430 to be produced).

So, I photographed the last Bell 430, and one of the first Bell 429's. Interesting.
