If you look really carefully, you can see a helicopter trying to land.

His rotors kicked up so much snow, he had to back off and land in a different area. He did hover 5-10 feet off the ground in the hopes the whiteout would diminish but in the end going to another part of the ramp proved to be the wise choice.
