The view out of the window was completey blown out (all white), so I thought I would clone in another view - thought of adding another aircraft.

Photoshop work was adding the photo of the Airbus, scaling down that photo, cleaning up a few areas and adding the text to the approach plate.

I thought of this photo because of the way the Captain was gripping the seat (I was doing this on another photo and then thought of this one to try it on).
